The hotel's decoration is lovely and offers a cozy atmosphere, perfect for senior travelers like myself. The elegant furnishings and warm color palette create a welcoming environment. Additionally, the hotel's general areas are well-maintained, ensuring a comfortable and pleasant stay. The accessibility for senior people is commendable, with ramps and elevators conveniently located throughout the hotel for easy navigation.

The only thing I would ask for to enhance a better vacation experience for senior people is more assistance from the staff, especially during peak times. It would be beneficial if the children working there could be more attentive and considerate towards the needs of older guests.

Location: the hotel was near the mountains to yourself at sunset and sunrise and the airport and more traditional ski resorts. Also, Rodnik "vorota Tuyuk Su" was 2 miles away. The rooms were incredible and incredibly comfortable with 2 separate beds on the 3rd level and fantastic views, as example, I thoroughly enjoyed that.

Appreciated Almaty, the hotel was recently renovated right across from the ski slopes. Stayed in clean room with grey bed linen. The location was AWESOME and stunning, near a river in the snow, and the nature. Also, it was 2 miles from Rodnik "vorota Tuyuk Su".

The hotel itself was cute, the breakfast was big and savoury. The staff was very very helpful and efficient and everything was very good. It had perfect location near the mountains in winter, and the slopes at Shymbulak...

Every time in Almaty, I choose this place. Classic hotel, it offers top breakfast and clean and nice rooms. It offers marvellous, particularly good location. Besides, Al'plager' Tuyuk-Su is 15 minutes' drive away. All in all they offer excellent service. In fact, there is good internet.

Loved the Medeu ice rink bus schedule, such a thrilling bus ride! The resort has everything from delicious Uzbek pilaf to a snowboard park. Amazing experience!

Who needs friendly service anyway? Sarcastic staff made me feel like I was in a Soviet hotel.

Unbeatable location - walking distance to everywhere we needed. And the area was nice, just next door to the slopes as well as the mountains. The hotel room was exceptionally nice, had central heating, TV and a sitting area👍

The hotel provided great prices. Greatly enjoyed every detail about our very nice 2 nights stay here. The location was perfect and excellent - just a walk down to everywhere we wanted to go. The property was an incredible base for enjoying a beautiful area. Our new-fashioned room was complete with fantastic views and 2 separate beds on the 3rd level and balconies. The staff where excellent and gentle.

The place was clean, I booked the standard twin room with views of mountain, everything was very good. The staff were very very helpful and efficient! Unbeatable location to the mountains nearby made it easy to get to key attractions. This was a fine stay of the market value, great prices.

I booked a room with an exceptionally comfortable bed, central heating, multi-channel television and an electronic key card. Big breakfasts with omelettes and wonderful tea, as for instance, the staff were pleasant.

parking and transportation issues

all good — we truly enjoyed this classic hotel — the food was good and the staff were very helpful and efficient. it offered us perfect location right by the embassies, and the shymbulak cable car station. it also was right across from the ski slopes.

The rooms were warm and modern, the food was appetising. City view was exceptional. Its location was marvellous and good, right next to the slopes, and in a pretty nice area.

The location was unbeatable and stunning to traditional large ski resorts. What's more, it was just next door to a river, the ski lifts, and hike.
